Sales Consultant

Are you an ambitious and driven Sales Consultant? Due to continued growth Ventro Ltd are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our energetic team.

Location: Nottingham / Plymouth📍

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments by telephone with new clients.
  • Attend appointments booked, identify opportunities and provide solutions based on client needs.
  • Present over Teams and face-to-face with clients.
  • Use of CRM system to track opportunities
  • Develop new accounts and build relationships with clients.
  • Report on own performance and tracking against targets to line manager.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations via video conferencing platforms & face-to-face
  • Prepared to be out visiting clients 1-2 times a month

Experience/Track Record of:

  • Sales experience
  • Problem solver
  • Able to manage own diary
  • Ability to work to KPIs effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Competent in the use of MS Office.
  • You must be able to work effectively in a remote environment

Bid Coordinator

Ventro Ltd are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily focused on tender administration and reviewing/proofreading bids to ensure a quality submission.

Location: Plymouth📍

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to our team of 5 Bid Writers.
  • Keep bid tracker up to date with deadlines, wins etc.
  • Register for and manage the customer tender portals.
  • Communicate tender queries and respond to tender clarifications throughout the bid process.
  • Liaise with the Sales Team.
  • Provide summaries of tender documentation.
  • Conduct Bid/No Bid checks and follow up actions.
  • Collate requested information to support the Bid Team and relevant Sales Consultant.
  • Provide reviews of each Bid prior to submission, checking for clarity of response, quality of offerings in relation to the specification, tailoring of response to question phrasing and correction of typos.

Service Coordinator

As the Service Coordinator you will work closely and effectively with the service team, scheduling a team of contractors to complete reactive works.
You will be the first point of contact within the service team; answering incoming calls, scheduling contractor diaries and producing weekly reports.

Location: Plymouth 📍

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing reactive compliance jobs as requested by Ventro clients.
  • Weekly reporting - these are to be sent to the maintenance manager and clients as required.
  • Schedule contractor diaries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
  • Ensure that all contractors have Ventro uniform and materials/tools required to complete works.
  • Tenant Liaison
  • Answer all telephone calls and answer queries as necessary
  • Ensure that Salesforce is updated accurately for invoicing.
  • Responsible for updating the database/salesforce and adding new sites/contracts/jobs


Experience/Track Record of:

  • Previous administration and/or customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident liaising with clients, contractors and internal staff
  • Organised
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Fire Surveyor

Ventro are looking for new addition to our Surveying team. As a surveyor for Ventro you will work across various sites completing fire compliance surveys, this work is mainly on fire doors.

Location: Birmingham / Edinburgh / Reading / Harrow📍

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Survey existing buildings to determine their condition, identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair in order to meet relevant safety standards
  • Complete surveys within set timescales
  • Accurately assess and record defects and provide clear remedial notes for sales team
  • Carry out health check inspections, asset labelling, and write up reports for these as required
  • Survey installations if required
  • Work closely with the Healthcheck Manager, Operations Support Team and communicate effectively with the office
  • Report to Healthcheck Manager on a daily basis
  • Provide technical support with regards to properties
  • Utilise knowledge of the buildings to assist the Project Manager

Experience/Track Record of:

  • Knowledge of current fire safety regulations
  • Technical knowledge and competence
  • Logical and practical mind
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Good IT skills and competent in the use of MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Ability to analyse problems in order to identify solutions
  • Driving licence
  • Ideally have FDIS

 

Fire Alarm Engineer

Ventro are looking for an experience Fire Alarm Engineer. You will be part of a successful team responsible for the operation of our active fire division, working alongside your colleagues maintaining fire systems and enhancing the company’s reputation with regards to service and quality.

Location: Milton Keynes 📍

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Fire Systems in line with current standards and customer requirements
  • Respond to demand service calls on fire systems in line with current standards and customer requirements
  • Plan and implement routine and demand call visits for your area
  • Effectively communicate with our customers to ensure a full understanding
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Be responsible for the management and security of own equipment stock in an efficient and economical manner by determining stock levels in relation to work activities and ordering stock items as and when appropriate
  • Attend training sessions as required and identify and communicate with Manager any personal training and development needs
  • Responsible for achieving your personal goals and achieving team targets
  • Weekly reporting to management
  • Attending quarterly team meetings and sharing best practices and experiences
  • Understand the company’s obligations under the contract
  • Ensure compliance with Ventro processes and procedures at all times
